We used Image360 for a large rush order. When we picked up our order we found that the posters were a dark purple vs. a navy blue that we were expecting. The team explained the error was due to our branding firm failing to provide a specific color code — Image360 could have easily pointed the finger and left us with an unusable product for our important event. I recommend that you never do a direct mail piece with this company. we found that between 6000 to 7000 of our 50,000 pieces never got mailed and were trashed by the post office because they did not clean up the mailing list properly like they told us this were going to do. They were alerted of the problem, knew of the problem and nothing was done to correct the situation. Not even a dime was credited back to us. Very poor customer service on this issue.
Worked with David and Andy on printing several large-scale fabric banners in a rush (<5 day turnaround), and they were both incredibly professional and helpful. The banners were high-quality and true to design and color. Highly recommend!
