Dr. Tran and his team are fantastic.
Went in for a new patient cleaning/checkup. The tech had to redo the x-rays several times because she kept messing up. The doctor told me I needed 2 fillings. I went to reception where she told me I was actually going to need 8 fillings. 2 days later the receptionist called me and said she was wrong and that I was only going to need 2. Dr. Tran and his staff were exactly what my wife and I were looking for — a small dental practice with a very personal touch. We highly recommend. Very professional but with a warm, family atmosphere.
The most trusted dental practice for my entire family, Dr. Tran and his team go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best and most professional level of dental care. I refuse to go to any other dentist. A relative even travels back home to Dallas from out of state when they need to do their annual dental checkup appointment. For anyone reading this: Please consider going somewhere else. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially that of Lisa, was unfriendly and dismissive, and I was made to feel that my legitimate questions regarding pricing for different procedures not covered by my insurance were inconveniences and not worthy of their time.
