I called to make an appointment and asked to speak to my colorist (the owner) to determine if my appointment should include highlights with my single process. She asked if I wanted a blowout. I said yes, but didn't want the person I had last time. She said "that's what you get when you book last minute". While I’m trying to find out if she’s giving me the same person, she gets an attitude and tells me "I have a customer I need to get back to and I don't book appointments" and hung up! I'v been to iluminada studio it has a nice design. The prices are a bit expensive and the service is not consistant.It feels like everyone is always running late. January 28, 2009
