After my experience I would not recommend anyone to live in the Ilume overpriced and horrible quality !
The management here has went down hill! Respect and a smile go along way! Also understand that even today " word of mouth" is one of your best marketing tools. Even though you view your residents as a " burden" they could honestly be one of your best resources. Re think your strategy, smile, and just try to go the extra mile every now and then, it will pay off in the long run I promise.
I live here I like living here and hope to renew when my lease is up.

With the recent rise in crime and break-ins in the area to see a security guard walking through the parking garage in the evening on her cell phone not paying attention doesn't exactly make anyone feel safe. Many of the lights are out in the parking garage which only adds to the possibility of more crime. The quality of service in this building has gone downhill and as a property manager myself, I would be very embarrassed of how the transition and management of this building has and is being handled.
