Just found out that when the main elevator was broke for well over a month that management said it was because the contractors would not call them back. Well the truth is ilume didn’t pay their bill and the elevator company would not come back until they paid it. This came straight from an employee at elevator company. So most of the stuff from management is just pure lies. Called and emailed corporate to voice multiple concerns and had not response. Not a way to run a company. Their slogan is Live It. Love it. I love this property! After signing the lease I had someone tell me we just made a huge mistake and would hate it. It's been the opposite. I love it here. I've lived in urban Dallas for almost 8 years and this has been my best experience so far. The office staff is amazing. I'm surprised at the number of people complaining. I didn't live here last year so I can't say what it was like then. Wow $100.00 fines for having music by the ilume pool that used to be touted in D Magazine? The Canadians who run this place are running the gays out ON PURPOSE and the NAZI regime has begun! Oh it wouldn't be the fancy Ilume if the fire alarm wasn't going off at 339am. What are we paying $1,400 a month for again??
