Thin walls and lack of enforcement of the rules
I haven’t lived here long, but the staff in the front office surely knows my face. I don’t call, I don’t email.... I show up and address what ever situation I’m having. On top of that, the assistant manager has personally come by my apartment to see what ever issue I’m having himself. These are great people and changes are being made. Things don’t happen over night.
