Had my first class last night and ���� it! The warm up is brutal but soooo worth it. Glad to be part of the family. �
The staff is really nice, the workouts are a challenge but to you go at your own pace. I can definitely see me getting the results i want here!
Being a former athlete, it's always hard getting a good workout On top of working from 7:30am-6:30pm almost everyday. This class kicks my butt every time and with this being my third week, I've honestly felt better each class!! I'm excited to see the progress I make in the next few months ❤️ Leslie is great as well as the rest of the team and I always talk about how much I love it
Classes are great. You get an amazing workout...you go at your own pace, but they are motivating...warm-up is a great challenge...so glad I joined:)
