RecommendedI love the workouts here but really love the encouragement from the instructors. They keep you going! Love that they are all so nice too. Plus love the partner drills near the end of class and love the DJ nights with special theme music. All this makes it a friendly and fun place to workout...keeps you coming back!

This is the most fun I've ever had "working out"!!! But honestly, it doesn't feel like a hard and tedious workout. The hour goes by so quick when you're enjoying the music and sweating it out. Seriously, it is addicting!! The instructors are friendly, welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend joining ilovekickboxing!!
If you are looking for a good workout that changes daily. Try ILKB Wheeling. They have great instructors that will keep you motivated before, during, and after class. They have a great schedule too.
Saw a Facebook ad for a 6 week challenge. After the first class I was hooked. Became a legit member for the next year. Down 11 lbs since joining after a standstill for months. The instructors are awesome, classes are a nice mix. Highly recommend! #JabCrossUpperCutRoundHhouse

Check out this company before you actually get involved with them because they may screw you over. I purchased a punch card with them over a year ago and then moved from one state to another at the end of 2018. Even though I verbally and through emails told my initial location (Colorado Springs, CO) of my move, nothing was ever done with my remaining punches in regards to being transferred to a location near where I moved (Wheelings, IL).
