RecommendedHard work but a lot of fun. For someone who hasn’t done exercise in a while, it’s challenging but I always feel better and a little bit stronger after I have done a class. Friendly staff that keep you motivated and play great music.
Definitely get my ass kicked when I kick box. Everyone there is amazing! Great work out, great instructors and great atmosphere. I love it.
