I am not in the best shape and my first class was intense, but the instructors are very friendly and motivational. The class was filled with people of all fitness levels and you can go at your own pace so it's perfect for everyone. I will Definitley be going back. (and that is coming from someone who normally hates group classes!)
Just left my third class. I like that the instructors allow you to go at your own pace and focus on good form. The atmosphere is great. I'll keep coming back!
Great atmosphere, great instructors, great work out ! It's a win win all the way around .
This place is phenomanal! I am a beginner. Never done workouts at all, but the staff were amazing and so helpful! Its a freakin workout! Get ready to get ur ass kicked ;)
