I have never been able to stick to a workout but now I look forward to going to ILKB. The instructors are phenomenal and really keep you motivated. I highly recommend this place.

I started with this gym about 1 month ago and so far the results have been very positive. I have begun to notice some muscle tone returning. The instructors are all very positive and motivating.
