I love kicking boxing West Chester is awesome-sauce...The staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is so inviting!!!! You will leave drenched after your workout!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

High energy workout and a good stress relief. Really nice staff that are patient in teaching the moves which was important to me as I have never done kickboxing before.

This is a great place to meet people and get encouragement to get into shape. Wonderful staff. It is an hour of intense workout and fat burning, but you can do anything for an hour. Come join us.
