I Love Kickboxing is a great way to exercise. The sessions are never the same. The instructors and groupmates are awesome. Joining was one of the best decisions I have made EVER.
Everything is awesome at ILKB Exton! The challenging and full body workout, the motivating instructors and music, and being surrounded by support from the other members!

I love kicking boxing West Chester is awesome-sauce...The staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is so inviting!!!! You will leave drenched after your workout!!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Fun, great full body workouts. Never gets boring. Love the instructors. Great value for unlimited workouts
Every class is super high energy, intense, and the instructors encourage you to give your best. I have enjoyed every class and cant wait for Saturdays class!
