High energy workout and a good stress relief. Really nice staff that are patient in teaching the moves which was important to me as I have never done kickboxing before.
This is a great place to meet people and get encouragement to get into shape. Wonderful staff. It is an hour of intense workout and fat burning, but you can do anything for an hour. Come join us.
Every class is different and the instructors are pleaseant, high energy and helpful. I’m very pleased with my experiences here so far and look forward to every class.

I absolutely love it! After a few classes, I became addicted. The instructors are friendly, positive & extremely helpful. Each class is different and motivates me to challenge myself.
