I also had a horrible experience. I was a firt-time customer and my appointment was on a Sunday for 12pm and their were 2 clients ahead of me and my stylist didn't show up at the salon until 12pm. Anyways the Shampoo girl washed my hair and blow dried it. After waiting for my Stylist to finish the 2 clients ahead of me, she came to me and asked what I was having done. If you have alot of time to waste then this is the place for you. My appointment was at 6pm and I didn't sit in the stylist chair until 9pm. I waited for 3 hours and granted my hair did look nice but it was not worth a 3 hour wait. I wanted to leave but they made me pay before I received service, so I was stuck there for 3 hours and it only took her 20 minutes to do my hair. Also the shampoo girl Ebony was ghetto and rude. Please don't waste your time.
