I booked a wet eye set wispy and Courtney did a cat eye instead. She was loud, rude, and unprofessional the entire time, even giving me attitude when I mentioned the lashes weren’t what I asked for. The only reason I returned was because Lauren did such a great job at my first appointment, but Courtney completely ruined the experience. Definitely won’t be booking with her again.

I’ve been getting my eyelashes done by Lauren at Illuminating Beauty Parlour for about 6 or 7 months now. She does such an amazing job, she is so friendly & very easy going and really just makes you feel at home while you’re in her chair 🥰 Everytime I walk out of there I feel beautiful. This place is amazing. Offers so many types of styles for lashes aswell as nails! Courtney is the queen of lashes, and she pays attention to detail! Very clean, friendly, welcoming environment. I had such an awesome experience here and will recommend to everyone i know!
