Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Tony Illo DC is incredibly skilled, genuine, and highly caring. I have also experienced top-notch treatment and care from Dr Thistle. The staff members are totally wonderful. I have a very tricky neck and atlas. Drs Illo and Thistle are very effective in restoring proper alignment and identifying the correct areas to focus on. When my primary care provider, a DO, thought a wrist problem was carpal tunnel, I ran the situation past Dr Thistle, who did some tests and said the results were not consistent with carpal tunnel. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
