RecommendedOutstanding staff, been a customer since 204. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.
They ripped off my insurance company and me. The worst customer service ever and a waste of my time. The denied fucking loosing parts on my bike and slapped it together after getting $7000 from my insurance company. Smh I hope all that know me NEVER GO here!!!! All around worst place ever and I have been to all the dealerships.

The day I came back to close the deal Rachael was off so Dan and Alex helped out with paper work like it was their sale. Going from a 07’ StreetGlide to 18’ RoadGlide Special. Getting some pipes put on now and can’t wait to ride it next week.

Just bought my first Harley-Davidson, a 2017 Softail Deluxe. Great people and place. From the moment I entered Illinois Harley-Davidson I felt welcomed and at ease. This was by far the best experience in buying a vehicle. I was introduced to every department head (sales, clothing, accessories, and service) I was given a tour of the whole dealership including the service department.
