Walked in not one person would talk to me. Walked around the store for 15 minutes. Employees were either glued to their phones or went in back to hide it seemed. Pretty pathetic. Especially when I go to a lot of Harley dealerships across the United States and this is first time this happened.

RecommendedI would highly recommend Illinois Harley-Davidson. Their service department is fantastic and goes above and beyond to help and make sure a bike can get back on the road. My dad’s Harley Trike was towed into the shop on a late Sunday afternoon and this amazing crew stayed after hours to make sure he could get back on the road and heading home. Thank you to Illinois Harley and the amazing staff.
