First off let me say this.. I came in looking for a few new Ideas for my wide glide. New seat new back rest and a couple other things. Lost on what to go with the guys in the parts department big Mike and Kevin made it 10 times easier for me on the look I wanted. But it didn't end there. they hooked me with the service guys Joe and Andy to make sure all my questions were answered.. these guys are great. Definitely coming back here for my parts for now on.. keep up the good work guys...

Parts department attitude is horrible.... Not friendly at all.... if you don’t like your job or position then leave...Won’t purchase from here again. I think my incounter was the man at the parts desk was the previous buell review.
Don’t even breathe the word buell. Even though my year buell shares dozens and dozens of common parts with similar year sportsters, as soon as you say buell they dismiss you. Guy at the parts counter wouldn’t even look at the part in my hand, which is identical to a sportster btw, before he laughed and said “can’t help you”.

Had linkage issues while traveling from PA to Wisconsin. Staff made my issue top priority got me back on the road in under an hour. All staff were curious and helpful to me and the rest of my crew. Thanked us for our military service and shook hands.
