I called on a Sunday morning when they opened up and asked if they had time to put a new tires on my bike . Who ever answered the phone told me to come around noon and it would get done. When I got there at 1130 the service guy told me they didn’t have time for me . After telling him I was told to come in at 12 he went and checked my tires and said they need to be replaced . I have to thank only Harley for an awesome job They want to bet extra mile and took care of everything that was Service the atmosphere environment and the employees are great They go out of the way to try to help you and every which way they can I highly recommend you guys to stop on by and give them a try and at the same time pick up a bike if you do buy a bike get that extended warranty it'll pay off in the long run God-bless everybody God-bless America
Just completed the Harley Davidson Riding Academy’s New Riders Course at Illinois HD. It was a very well organized and professionally run course. The Coaches, Eric and Tommy, were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to be safe and successful. I highly recommend this course for anyone interested in learning to ride. All you need is the desire to be one two wheels!
