We had Illinois Energy install our windows back in 1999. We recently found that cold air was coming in at the top of the 2 windows and called Illinois Energy to get help. The honored the lifetime guarantee on them promptly and we are so pleased to be as good "as new" with no cost to us. I can most highly recommend this company to anyone needing this. Illinois Energy came out to replace some siding that was punctured from a tree branch that fell from a bad storm and hit my house. They had done my siding about a year ago and I called to get an estimate for my insurance. They came out and replaced the siding for free.

Everyone was great from the initial appointment, to sitting down and going over everything, to the installation. The employees were very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They didn't try to sell us more than what we needed and were straight forward with the facts and details. They got the job done quickly and left no mess behind. Our windows even arrived and were installed ahead of the anticipated date. We can't wait to finish getting the remainder of our windows replaced.

We recently contracted with Illinois Energy Windows and Siding to install a patio door. The salesman presented many options and prices were competitive including a Senior discount. The installers arrived on time. They were very professional and worked efficiently. The work was completed ahead of schedule. They demonstrated all the features of the door. We had all our upstairs windows, a kitchen window downstairs, and our siding replaced by Illinois Energy. We highly recommend them to everyone needing new windows or siding. The crew was professional, timely, and always cleaned up after themselves. The finished product was beautiful inside and out and made our home look like new. Just recently we had an issue with our kitchen window (user error!) and Illinois Energy sent someone out right away to help us. Service like that is unheard of. Hands down by far one of the best home upgrade projects i have done. They replaced iur windows were very proffesional. I usually do not write reviews but after this experience i felt since i was treated great the company deserves a great review. We could not be happier with our new windows.
