On June 27th 2019, I scheduled an initial meeting at my residence with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc. to evaluate the project for which I want to hire Energy Widows. I needed replacement windows for my home. I learned of the Company via Home Advisor. Illinois Energy was first to respond, and visit. Mr. ***********was kind, sensitive, and not high-pressure. He presented facts about his company and its warranties, and other companies and their warranties. Illinois Energy has a BBB A+ rating, and has been in business 26 years. We first had our upstairs windows done a few years ago by ILL Energy. When it was time to get all downstairs done, we did our homework (again), got comparisons - not only on price, but on value, warranty and who was actaully putting in the windows. Once again, Ill Energy came out on top! We love that they don't use sub-contractors - they use their own employees who have a vested interest in making sure everything is done right. Everything was easy and very professional. I feel they worked with our budget and were not pushy. Installation was wonderful and I and so happy with our new back door! Highlybrecommend. awe will be doing more work with them.
