Great experience with all the people at Illinois energy. The marketing guy Paul was laid back and friendly, never pushy. The install wen smooth and the man even offered to fix some quarter round around the door so it looked nice. The price is a little hefty, but worth if for the warranty.
We purchased a patio door from Illinois Energy and had them install it. We are very pleased with the quality of the door and the excellent installer. He found unexpected damage below the old door and he repaired it professionally with no extra cost. We would definitely use Illinois Energy again.
We had Illinois Energy replace 23 windows in our house a few years ago, and just recently we had a leak. Turns out the leak was siding related, but they came out and fixed it anyway even though our warranty had expired. These guys put in a quality product and actually do stand behind their work!!!
I just had 13 windows replaced on my house and couldn't be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I got a mixture of double hung picture an oversized sliders replaced. The price was fair and on par with the quotes I received from Pella and Andersen but Illinois Energie's product and warranty was far superior. I have already seen a reduction in my cooling costs. Buyer beware. They overcharge. I paid 6k for 3 windows. That come out to 3 windows at 1k each and double for installation

We purchased a front door with two side lites which was installed May 10, 2018 - in THREE HOURS! From the very beginning of our experience with Illinois Energy to very end the professionalism and quality of service was outstanding. We recently had 7 wood windows replaced in our home in River Forest. We were reluctant to replace them as we didn't want to lose the look and feel of our house and were pleasantly surprised with the options to match our existing windows and are very happy we did it. We have used IL Energy in our last home about 10 years ago and was happy they were the same company.

I recently purchased new windows and a Front door through Illinois Energy. This company was professional from the beginning starting with our sales rep Nate. He came out and got started right away with finding out what our vision was going forward with our home. We purchased our home 2 years ago and have not been able to updated it do to lack of money.
