Illinois Energy installed a new front door on our home. We found their service to be easy and professional. I especially appreciated their patience while my wife and I were deciding the details of our new door. We went in without much of an idea thus changed our minds a couple times. The install date came ahead of schedule and was completed faster than anticipated. Illinois Energy installed replacement windows in our house. The windows were ready earlier than anticipated (which was great), and they were able to schedule install quickly. The crew that came out was very clean, organized and extremely friendly.

I recently had a 9 window installation done and everything from the original sales meeting through the install went very smooth. I was very happy with the installers they did a great job on the install and the windows came out very nice. They cleaned up all of the work spaces on the inside and outside. They had anticipated the install would take 2 days but the guys were able to get everything wrapped up in one day. We had several windows and a sliding door replaced a few years ago. Thus far we have had FIVE service calls. The first was because the window is the bathroom was not tempered glass. All remaining issues have been with the sliding glass door. Three of them for the exact same issue. Each time we end up with moisture between the panes. At this point I regret purchasing these products. Additionally, we had to call several times for the most recent issue before we finally received a response. Sale and installation were easy. Installation took 1 day, and the installers left our house and yard clean. Everyone I've spoken to has been helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be that it's not terribly easy to get in touch with specific people unless you have their direct extension, but they are communicative once you know how to get in touch.

The entire process, from in house estimate to signing final paperwork, was quick and easy. No scheduling or installation issues, guys left the house and outside clean and made sure that we are satisfied with their work.

I had the 4 windows in my living and 2 windows in one of my bedrooms replaced in my home. The professionalism from the first meeting all the way to the completion of the job was remarkable. The 3 men that came to my home to replace my windows were knowledgeable and courteous! They not only did a great job but they completed the windows in a very timely manner!
