I love my new windows!!! I saw 5 companies before deciding on Illinois Energy Windows. They were by far the best choice. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible. The crew that installed my windows did an amazing job and was even able to finish in one day.
Stay away they bombard you with calls and if you give in and give them a chance to quote you they try to force a sale on you instead. Good quality products at good companies speak for themselves.
We have been dealing with Illinois Energy for three years now. Since their product is not cheap, spreading out the work with locked-in guaranteed prices for multiple years was the way to proceed. The product, however, justifies the expense. The office people and sales personnel were fair, open and honest. There were no high pressure tactics. llinois Energy Windows and Siding was a great choice for me in remodeling my home by providing a new patio door, and new 2 car arage door, cutting out the support beam in between the 2 old, individual garage doors. I am very happy. Being a newer resident to the area, I was not familiar with remodeling companies on who to use and who not to use. My house was built in mid 1960's. Great company to do business with. The salesman was very professional and helped us make some key decision regarding the styles of windows that work best for our house. We are very happy with how they turned out and we got them just in time for the holidays! The look and perform way better than the original windows the builder put on our home. I would highly recommend Illinois energy to friends and neighbors.
We used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding to replace the windows in our house and they did a great job. The old windows were drafty and very hard to keep clean. The salesman did a great job explaining all of our options. We choose casement windows because we loved they way they looked. Now that they are installed, they are even better than we had hoped. We are very happy with our windows from Illinois Energy Windows and Siding.
