We recently received an estimate for new windows and sliding glass doors. The sales associate (James) was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He thoroughly explained their product lines and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us to make a rash decision. We ordered windows for the back of our home and a sliding glass door. We have used Illinois Energy on two occasions, replacing about 10 windows on our house the first time, and the remaining 30 on the second occasion. In both instances, we were very happy with the service every step of the way. The initial appointment was very informative and very straight-forward. The prices offered were very competitive with other quotes we received, but the quality of the Illinois Energy windows (and the lifetime warranty) helped finalize our decision. Illinois energy installed my windows in my home. I had a great experience with Illinois energy! My windows have already made a huge difference in not only the aesthetics of my home, but also the "feel". My house is no longer drafty and they look amazing. The installer was wonderful, very kind, clean and top to bottom, I would recommend this company, wholeheartedly.
As a returning customer of Illinois Energy we were very confident in the purchase of or new entry door and side lights. We had the same easy buying experience as we did a couple of years ago when we purchased new windows (29 of them) for our house. What a disappointing sales process, my wife and I both work and wanted to receive an estimate. Illinois Energy won't even schedule an appointment to look at what we have and provide options without both of us home. Our schedule doesn't allow that to happen, and we even tried to delay to make it work.. It couldn't, but the response from the scheduler was "well, good luck then!" If this is how they are when they want money from me, I can't imagine how they would be after they have my money!
This company is all about pleasing the customer in every aspect of ordering to installation. The installers were professional and eager to do a good job. They were very clean too and picked up after removing all the windows in our home. They even put back all our blinds. All new windows in our home are better than the Pella brand patio door we bought before we knew about Illinois Energy. They have a higher quality product and installation process was impeccable. The installation crew arrived at my house at the scheduled time. They double checked their companies instructions with my contract; finding that everything was as it should be they went about removing the 2 existing doors that were to be replaced. Once the old doors were removed the openings left by the old door were prepared to receive my new custom ordered doors. The new door were then set in place, aligned and shimmed. We recently had 3 bay windows installed with Illinois Energy Corporation. Receptionist answering the phone calls at the main office was professional. Salesman Nathan was informative and responsive to phone calls. Matt the installer was professional and knowledgeable. Installation was from 9-4. My home and windows were spotless. My exterior and interior appeal of my home is beautiful. Illinois Energy Corporation receives 5 stars from initial consultation to finish.
Illinois Energy Windows & Siding is the complete package! We had a serious problem with DRAFTY kitchen windows and from the initial consultation, we knew we were going with this company. They were thorough, informative, and made us feel comfortable with the process. The actual installation happened on a COLD Chicago day and they were SO quick and professional and left the house and exterior cleaner than when they arrived! I am so impressed with this company. Most importantly, our house is SO much warmer!!
