We have completed the replacement of our 29 windows and door this year. Illinois Energy has been excellent to work with during this 4 year project. They explained the process in detail, double checked sizes before ordering, and met their proposed deadlines. From sales to installation has always gone smoothly. Just recently we had 12 windows at the front of our home replaced. From the initial contact to the final installation we were pleased at the quality of the product and the customer service. Everything went very smoothly!
We were approached by a college student who rang our doorbell asking if we were interested in getting a quote for new windows. A young man did come to our door one evening regarding services from Illinois Energy. He did seem slightly pushy and somewhat uninformed but we used Illinois Energy previously and were very happy with their services. They did gain our initial business via this same door to door method. They do ask that both husband and wife are present for the sales presentation. We had 17 windows and our front door replaced by Illinois Energy over the span of 3 years. Everything with the installation went perfectly. They finished in under 2 hours (when I originally thought it would take 4-5 hours) and cleaned everything up. They were very polite and friendly to my children. We receive compliments about our windows and doors, not to mention the money we save from not losing our heat or air conditioning. We are very happy with our windows and doors!
Two years ago Illinois Energy installed 6 replacement windows and last week they installed another 4 windows. Their window product is of exceptional quality. Their installers are very professional, respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Illinois Energy for their quality window products, with a transferable lifetime guarantee, which will be a plus when you sell your home. We will have the remaining windows in our home replaced by them.
Just had a new patio door installed by Illinois Energy. We have used this company prior and enjoy the business relationship. They do excellent work, and offer products and suggestions that fit the need. They answer questions and not all the sales hype and BS. I will use them again. David G
