In 2023 Waited almost 6 months for 2 pair of glasses and finally both ending in the garbage. Bad professionals, bad job both optometrists, the staff horrible costumer service, always confused , they had no idea why my lens didn’t come from the lab on time and when finally arrived I couldn’t used them at all . Then I had to spend more money in another optician because When I claimed, they didn’t want to accept their bad practices and I lost my money and time . First time visiting Eye Center of South Florida and I must say my experience was fantastic. The office is beautiful and in a great location (off of I-75 and Sheridan). Everyone was so welcoming and professional. Even though I was the last patient of the day I never felt rushed. Dr. Toral took her time and she was thorough and informative. She has a great personality. Loved the staff. They all took good care of me. Didn’t get the receptionist’s name but she was very sweet.
