really nice staff overall, but did not do my nails as the design I wanted them to be, i came with pictures and showed it to my nail tech about maybe 3-4x just to show him the design, but he just free handed it instead. he was very sweet so i did end up tipping him and my total came out to $103 which in my opinion, wasn't worth it only because my nail tech did not do the nails that I wanted in the first place.
I came across this salon because I needed last min toes & brow done. It was interesting set up really spacious. Price is reasonable and they provide so many service more than nails. They give you complimentary water which I don’t think I ever had that with other places before ever. The lady who did my brows she took her time and literally killed it ( in best way) even pedi other lady did good job. First thing first.. JIMMY 🤗 I la la love you! Customer service is out the roof. Every single employee in the shop is so very polite and such beautiful personalities. I will come back every single time. Cleniness is also top tier, the cutest shop I've ever been in. All around great experience. 5 stars for everyone 🫶
Anne, the owner of Ilash, always does such meticulous and beautiful work on my lashes. She is also so kind and professional. My daughters and I are repeat pedicure customers as well, as all the technicians are fabulous. We are so grateful for Ilash Spa and all the skilled and thoughtful technicians. Mahalo piha!
