They had run out of items for Bloody Mary and no avocado for toast, after waiting for a while they came back and let us know. The service was very slow today
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. the atmosphere was not conducive to a good time. it was hotter inside. half of the menu was not available. the waiters was literally running because there were not enough of them and our dinner for two with one appetizer was $250. Extremely overpriced for subpar food.
Pasta was undercooked (doughy/raw) and when I mentioned it they offered a coffee a 1/4 of the price of the pasta to compensate. Spent close to USD $200 and they couldn’t even cook me another pasta to compensate. Don’t waste your money or time. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for appetiser and an extra 10 minutes for main meal of undercooked pasta. Dinner - I ordered the lobster $58 and was told by your waiter that asparagus was not a part of the meal. I reviewed your menu prior to ordering and after leaving your restaurant, asparagus was on the menu. Very disappointed in that especially with the pricing. I am fine to pay top dollar but expect the meal to arrive with all the promised items!
Very slow service and bad attitude. We waited for 20 minutes after we placed our first drink order. Then we ordered another round which took another 20 minutes. We decided to leave by the time the waiter brought our drinks. I used to come here for pau hana when I worked in Waikiki and loved it here but the last few times it has been very disappointing.
