We had a reservation for 7:30pm so went to the restaurant and were waiting in line for a couple of minutes, there were quite a few workers behind the desk and no one even bothered to say hello or even acknowledge us which I found quite rude. Visited this restaurant 3 times during a 10 day visit to Waikiki Food was great every time the service however was very disappointing on Christmas Day. I attempted to make a reservation on the phone for two days however my call was not answered, I then attempted a pm via Facebook which also was unanswered. We arrived at 12:40 and were told. The most amazing gourmet quality food! Grilled Prosciutto Panini w/aioli and the best Peach Bellini mimosas! The most hospitable kind and accommodating management Edwin & Ashley.
