I hate this store... I love Ikea Covina though I usually shop at the Covina store, but when they were out of an item I needed, I traveled to Burbank. Parking was a hassle, underground tunnel to get to the front door, kind of confusing. Layout basically the same, found a salesperson quickly, ordered, paid for the item and then waited 55 minutes in the customer waiting area. The guys working there at the time was soo not helpful, they seemed annoyed when we asked what the delay was. We were told they had to wait for a forklift... read more
VERY UNSATIFACTORY DEALINGS WITH IKEA, BURBANK Purchased sofabed. lst attempt to make into a bed 4 wks. ago. Won't work, does not flatten out and is l2" away from the back of rhe sofa. These things happen, BUT, have spoken with Ikea once (I had 6 lines on hold for them, before I finally got thru) - they assured me of service within 48 hrs. That hasn't happened. Ikea This is the most popular Ikea store in CA. Try to avoid sundays because it can get pretty packed in there. Great line of furniture and there is also cheap food.
Poorly Trained Sale Staff The Shop has a lot of associates @ the lobby while there's surely shortage of the trained ones @ the counter .
ikea Ikea is a great place to go to when you need items to decorate your house. There are lamps, pillows, beds, sofas, etc. This place is fun and interesting to visit because unlike Target or WalMart, there is only one way. You travel along a path and there are items to each side so you don't have to get lost or forget where you have been to. good selection This store has a huge selection of furnishings and is very convenient to shop especially with the play area for the kids. The quality is not the best but for childrens furniture they have really unique and different things there.
Awesome I love Ikea! This branch is the closest one from the San Fernando Valley to the Westside. From household items such as drinking glasses and ceramic plates with clean lines for only fifty cents each, one can really decorate the home for a thrifty price. There is also a restaurant with the famous Swedish meatballs and potatos and slices of cake, among other treats. There is lots of parking underground and the staff is very helpful. Terrible parking All the IKEA stores are pretty much the same, so it comes down to customer service and easy access. This store has terrible parking. The area is super congested and you have to park in the garage across the street. Then you have to get your car and try to fight your way into the loading area. The IKEA off of the 10 fwy is much much better
Ikea I wish they had more of these stores in more locations. I can spend hours in this store. The selection is vast and wonderful and the customer service is great too. I love to shop here and they offer so much to choose from I don't have to worry about having someone else's living room. This place is great!
