THEY STOLE MY MONEY For the first time in my life, a company literally RIPPED ME OFF. I'm not trying to be mean, they literally did. I went to store and made purchase and requested for home delivery. And I've scheduled it with my apartments management, so they would let the company into my place and assist them until they do their job and sign. Terrible customer service! Summary: 1) Two deliveries in a row with missing items 2) Rude returns & exchanges manager 3) No one seems to care about customer service issues at this store Went to order a closet system and spoke with a 'PAX' specialist who gave me information. Set up the order online and discovered that the doors were not available. Called the home ordering line and the representative didn't know what was and what wasn't in stock. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I agree-the WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!!! I have had people who don't want to help me. I have been told incorrect return policy information. Currently I am trying to contact a manager in the burbank store..but they don't allow you to talk to anyone from the store when you call. You have to talk to the main center and they can't answer what you want to know. its horribly frustrating.

UNSATIFIED CUSTOMER BURBANK IKEA HAS The Worst Customer Service.I Dealt With a Very RACIST ASIAN CHIC NAMES SUNNY WHO IS Very NASTY SHE Lies AND Treats Customers Poorly, I am Going To Write A LETTER TO CORPORATE ABOUT HER AND AND I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO UNTIL SUNNY GETS LIGHT SHED ON HER FILTHY ATTITUDE. Oscar The weather today (2-10-10) is beautiful and sunny, yet Ikea Brubank has closed all customer service services "DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER". What area they doing when it actually rains?

Ikea Assembly Nightmare Ikea was a good experience overall...but when taking on your own assembly, make sure you get as much info as you can about the parts or hire an assembly person. We had trouble with a steel peg that kept shifting. The steel pegs have 2 holes that needed to be paired with screws, only you can't tell where the holes are because they're inserted into the wooden leg! It took hours to just complete one screw and there are 7 more to go.

Customer Service Horror After a long round trip trek to IKEA in Friday afternoon traffic we unpacked a couch that had been so damaged by a forklift it was shocking that they took the time to pack it up again (and obscure the damage with the packing). Drove all the way back in Friday late afternoon traffic and was told they would pull one of the 14 couches in stock. Item Exchange Me and my friend purchased 6 chairs from Ikea Burbank last 5/04/09. When we got home, the chairs were not as sturdy as we've expected so we tried to return them. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt. Still I tried to ask the people at the Returns/Exchange. They said there's no way that I can even exchange the items without the original receipt. IKEA BURBANK - Never Again - Customer Service, what Customer Service? I am an interior designer and spent $20K on several IKEA kitchens and other stuff in the last year. Bought a $ 50.00 chair as a sample for a client. It had a stain on the seating surface. Stain was detected after assembly. Went to return chair but would not get a refund. Left the chair anyway.
