Super long lines with very few cashiers. Selected some furniture that required us to go to the "furniture pick up" area. They should change the name of that area to " stand here for 45 minutes while we aren't getting your furniture". I'm literally still standing here waiting as I write this review. I work in retail so I get it , but this is ridiculous.
Our contractor recommended that we buy our cabinets there. What a nightmare: standing in lines, waiting for service, standing in one line to get to the front & be told we were in the wrong line - now our order is missing some parts, Ikea can't tell us when they will arrive "just keep checking back" can't order them online, can't reserve them when they do come in, when we saw that a couple of pieces had come in by the time we got to the store they were gone.
