Have always liked this IKEA but today was not fun. There was a piece that wasn't on the floor, so I asked about getting it from the back. This was at 3:30. They told me I had to wait until they closed at 9, but to be back at 8:45. Get here at 8:45 and the girl tells me that it might as late as 9:40 before they can even pull the item. Not great customer service and none of this makes any sense to me. Do what Home Depot does when they have to pull something off the shelves. SHUT THE AISLE DOWN!!! Make very certain you love what u buy!! Emeryville IKEA averages 1 hour wait for a return...so yes that $4 candle u want to rxchange...keep it...there are currently 39 people in line....
