At 06/02/16 7:00pm,I went IKEA shopping.And my car its parked at IKEA parking garage,when i came out ,there is to big scratch on my car,its not accident,someone did that on purpose .I talk with the IKEA security guy,he said IKEA do not response for any damage or theft.This is really .unreasonable.I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
Needed the screws to assemble my item because they didn't come in the box. Called customer service and they said I could simply pick them up at the store...NOT TRUE!!!. Been waiting for an hour for them figure it out.... Bad IKEA!

Went to #Ikea #Emeryville and bought the #Dragon silverware set...When I opened it, it was short 3. I then called #Ikea and spoke with Sondra O., she was so helpful and understanding. They said they will ship me the missing stuff. Fast forward 3 days and instead of giving me the missing pieces they sent me a whole entire brand NEW set!
