This is THE WORST place to go on a weekend PERIOD. The lines are always crazy long,online inventory is a ABSOLUTE joke, I went in for a dresser twice in a week because they had 4 in-stock WRONG! In addition the Return/spare parts section had 50+ customers waiting but only 3 employees helping. So after 70 minutes looking for an item that wasn't in stock and not getting spare parts for my shelves, my recommendation is go on a Tues-Thur at 10am or you are BEGGING for a headache and 3 glasses of wine. �
Ikea food are so good especially the dessert and price reduction very nice.i always go to ikea .

I love love this place,love Ikea style,used to live in Germany so i'm happy that i can get the same stuff i used to have there. If you know what you want you go in take picture of items numbers you need ,you go down to warehouse and you pick it up pretty simple and easy. All installation info and screws come together,me and my son did it. Customer service was amazing.The checkout took longer ,but hey people love Ikea don't be surprised if you have to wait in line.
I just discovered my Knipsa baskets are MOLDING in my living room and I can't even reach anyone at IKEA by phone or email. I am disgusted and this is a health hazard!!!!! They are used exclusively for dry storage (office supplies, candles, purses) and I am beyond grossed out to see this gross mold all over them!!!
NIGHTMARE delivery and installation service. Terrible customer service. Cute, clever, cheap designs, but don't even think about buying something you can't take home and install without using the IKEA delivery and installation team: you will only be frustrated and abused. And the amount of time you will spend on the phone trying (but probably not succeeding) in getting a resolution will make that cheap furniture some of the most costly you ever purchased.
