Inexpensive stuff, but was out of stock on what we were looking for. Also, wayyyy too crowded.

First time being in an Ikea. It was cool and all, but the people were so unforgiving. As someone who is disabled I have to say, I have never been in a place with such rude people before. I'm giving this a 3 stars because I know it's not the store's fault. But it would be nice if the people who worked there could somehow make things a little easier for the disabled.

Only issue we had was getting help to load dresser boxes in our vehicle. Went inside to ask and were told there were "people" outside for that. There was ONE person, who couldn't possibly keep up with the pace of shoppers coming out that needed help. He was terrific to come way to the other end of where he had just helped someone, but there should have been more others there to help.

I love the store. I was very disappointed to find out that it costs $99.00 to have something shipped home. I don't have a roomy car so I couldn't buy what I found. That should be on your TO DO list IKEA.
