The busiest IKEA store ever. Therefore, I arrived when they first opened & basically had the store to myself which I thought was a win/win. Unfortunately, half the items I Intended to buy weren't stocked for the day yet so I left very disappointed.
IKEA occasionally gets a bad rep. But honestly, if you're looking for well constructed products, there's no place better. Their selection is very diverse, with a wide range of prices for any budget. But plan on spending at least an hour. Even if you know what you want, you will get distracted with window shopping. Make sure to check out both floors, the Market place and the Showroom.
IKEA has become our Wednesday after school snack and workout. Wednesdays are early release days so after pick up at 1:30 we head straight to the cafe upstairs for French fries and meatballs. Then my son and his friend usually have a game of spy and chase inside while I finish my free coffee. Then frozen yogurt and off to outside to finish the work out with cart races or running around the building. And for less than $20 we all get snacks and some sale of the day goodies.
