RecommendedGlad there are open and was able to return my online orders.
Service sucks. Ordered $250 office chair (plus shipping) in March. Arrived without padded arms. Have been calling regularly, but IKEA doesn’t answer their phones.

RecommendedEverything.
RecommendedLove the product selection and prices. It can be hard to find assistance if you have questions.
Recommendedi recommend it very good deals
Won’t answer their phone and won’t allow me to order online yet it’s ok to charge $200 delivery fee. No thanks. Can give me business to someone else.
Improve their responsiveness or quit trying to pretend they can handle online orders.
