Order was set for delivery, but when the delivery date came, no one delivered our items. The online tracker showed the items had been delivered. Customer service was contacted and the items had never left the store. A new delivery date had to be set. The new delivery showed up completely missing items. Absolute garbage store- they throw things around and damage them- been promised refund for weeks and still have not received- will never shop there again!!!!

Everything was nice and breezy . We moved down here from Massachusetts. We went to Ikea store in Charlotte, NC . We liked a sofa and we ordered .The sofa was delivered on time but one of the boxes was damaged. We tried to get hold of the store for exchange we were unable as apparently there was higher volume calls. So... we drove to the store ... Well organized employees were very helpful! Just be prepared to do a lot of walking and bring someone strong if you are getting furniture!
