I have not been to a IHOP in years and we were shopping in Wyomissing and stopped at this location for dinner. The food was very good but what I hated was being ripped off when I paid my bill. I paid for my $21.39 bill with my card and gave $5 in cash as a tip. The pending charge showed on my bank account as $21.39 so I threw out the receipt. Bad customer service... staff are young and need to be properly trained in Customer Service! And for the older folk who work there... STOP being so ignorant when you see colored people! If you’re assigned a table... do your job! You don’t pick and choose who you want to serve!
Service sucked...
It was a disaster....very long wait for food and food was delivered wrong and burned black. Will not be going back!! When my husband tried to complain the waitress laughed...very dissapointed!!!
