waited an hour after being seated and ordering for food when our food came out it was cold and I was only then informed that they were out of some of the ingredients for the who French toast so i then told them to give me the grinch pancakes which were really good but again had to wait another 15 min for them
The poblano omelette was not done right was way too much cheese, the pancakes were not done right, looks like the kitchen don’t care about the food, it just to be good place, not any more, service was good, she was really friendly, I will suggest to her to look another place to work she is not going to get enough tips from customers if the keep doing crappy food and on top of that was too expensive for only three people with the kind of food i didn’t even finished my pancakes, am not coming back.

Food was cold. Service was good. They were short staffed. Our waitress Brittany was very pleasant and smiling, even though she was trying to keep everyone happy. They maybe put 1/2 tsp. Of caramel sauce on their banana Foster French toast. I'll never go back. This is the 2nd time I've been there and the food was lousy
Food cold but good...silverware filthy !!
I’d rather not have to waste the brain cells trying to accommodate the lack of brain cells, basic math comprehension, complete disregard for actual laws and customer service. Simply because I politely point out that there was errors on my bill and instead of correcting them their management threatened me with “theft of Services” if I didn’t pay the bill as is. Lots of great food and reasonably priced
I went to IHOP with my mother yesterday and the service was incredibly bad. It started at the host stand, she took our name and that was it! She was not cordial or friendly and she didn't say about how long the wait would be (which was almost an hour). It was not just us either, she did not let anyone know the wait time nor did she welcome anyone.
