this is the most disgusting and disappointing place I have ever gone! yuck!
this place is a disgrace boss is alway under the influence of drugs or alcohol the staff members have plenty of evidence if all this and we r treating horribly and terminated for no reason. would not recommend this place for employment or to sit down and spend money on food I have messages in my phone from my boss asking me if I can get him coke 🙄🙄 like really I was terminated today for absolutely no reason and it's ok the truth will ruin you completely. and there is so many other people with evidence to help this process ... read more
Over-charged me several weeks ago on my bankcard. Mixed up my bill and someone else's after I signed the receipt. Keep promising to reimburse me, but haven't done it yet. Keep passing the responsibility to someone else. Also, previous experience there with poor service and no one seeming to know what they were doing. Didn't know what food was available, what food they were out of, prepared the wrong thing, took forever - all that in one visit. Worst customer service and ran out of food and soda!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! took over a hour to give us our COLD food . never going again !
won't be going back! 2nd time in a row my family got their food and were done before mine came out. then nothing was right my new york cheesecake pancakes were plain with a nasty caramel sauce. HORRIBLE!! Go to Tom Cat Cafe for good food served hot and together!!
don't care about good service, didn't have their french toast of the month, don't ever come around to refill your drink, didn't have the green whipped cream, if your gonna have a promo for a month try carrying the items included in it.
great food ...no wait...the wait staff are courteous
