Went to an IHOP today for the first time I at least 10yrs, never again. Outside of our waitress being fine, EVERYTHING was terrible. Sat at a dirty table when we showed up, My daughter slipped on the floor that felt like it’s been covered with butter, & bathrooms looked worse than our local truck stop. I feel like I need a shower just from being there. Never recommending that place to anyone.

I found a hair in my food after I was halfway done with it.
I cooked a rare steak because I actually like medium rare but it always gets over cooked. I am now eating a well done steak. there is NO SEASONING on any of the food. my over easy eggs are almost cooked completely through. I haven't been to this IHOP in I believe years because y'all always overcook my food. I thought I'd give it a chance today because I was craving steak first thing in the morning and y'all were open. We got there almost the only one there then ripple came in they got their food before us burnt bacon and pancakes no silverware had to get ketchup off another table next time bacon came out not done enough - bad - all you can eat pancakes didn’t come with the combo or it was xtra for it - not good

Wow what happened to this place ? We haven’t been here for over a year it was ok the last time we were here now not so much I ordered soup I was told they were out of crackers for it ! Seriously? How ?the waitress never informed me they were out I had to ask about it ! My wife ordered the stuffed French toast it was cold ! Thankfully we had a gift card but they could do better thoroughly dissatisfied today I doubt we will go back anytime soon
