I understand that this is difficult times but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone after I ordered online. There were no instructions on how to pick up my food or if someone would bring it out to the car. After waiting 10 mins in the car I walked inside & my food was sitting on the counter. Just received my DoorDash order. I was so excited because I haven’t had IHOP in so long due to quarantine. Everything looked wonderful at first.... I soon realized you completely forgot my gravy. How do you even eat country fried steak without gravy? Like what is the point of your arteries half closing and not fully closing....learned my lesson. Won’t be ordering from you again through DoorDash 😩

answere the phone i treated my family with breakfast in bed used the web site and doordash they took my payment but one whole meal was missing tried to call then to let them know, everyone makes mistakes so i wasn't angry until i called and they were answering the phone and hanging up without even saying hello I TRIED 7 TIMES I WILL NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN🤒
