I had a very bad experience at this IHOP today. Food was incorrect when brought out. My husband Never got a refill. I ordered tea and the tea was VERY bitter. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what. We didn’t touch our food and left. If you can’t provide decent service than close the doors.

went to ihop in lex. had terrible service. cold coffee. asked waitress for hot coffee. she took cup n forgot about us. never offered me a mdew refill. i had to ask. n cup was sitting there empty. n had to ask again for the hot coffee. was going to talk to manager til i seen him walk in. looked like he slept n his clothes. walking around talking to pple with no mask on. waiter walked in n clocked in...no mask... coughing thru restaurant. I won't b back here. disgusting.
Slowest Ihop I have ever been in and also the food was really bad🤦♀️👎 Horrible !!!
Organization between managers, hosts and servers
When serving us, the waitress grabbed the sides of the plate with her finger partially touching our food. When asked about wearing gloves, she said we don't wear gloves. We called for the manager, she was kinda snappy saying oh we not required to wear gloves, but we do sometimes accidentally touch food when grabbing the side of the plate. Said she would redo our good, walked away mumbling. At that point I did not want the replacement food, but we sat there, it was very empty in there btw... 25 minutes later, still no replace... read more
my food came out cool butter too long time to melt, they did how ever gave a five dollars off the bill.
