Terrible service, INDEED & had to personally get up from my table & walk back to the kitchen to get my diet coke refilled 3 different times & was very, very DISAPPOINTED, INDEED!!! However the food was very good but TERRIBLE SERVICE, INDEED!!! UNFORTUNATELY!!!

Wow I read all comments n just can't plz everyone. Ihop has been doing the pre paid b4 u get ur meals for a very very long time. One bad apple spoils it for everyone. So yes u have to pre pay after 10 pm. If there is a problem with ur food management will make sure you're taken care of nine times out of 10 in what ever the problem is.
Luuuv, IHOP! Normally get the Grand Slam breakfast but today I got buttermilk pancakes with an egg and cheese omelet, and it was amazing :-) plus the staff is always so friendly and on point!
