I hop is the best I love to eat there
Service was horrible tonight! Our food was cold by the time we even got forks. I got a burnt steak that they tried to hide with my eggs. As much as I love IHOP it will be a while before I get over this one!
We went to IHOP tonight with my 3 kids (twin 2 year olds and 7 year old). The staff was amazing. Every person was so sweet to my children. My son accidentally knocked off his plate (plate shattered and food went everywhere). He was crying because he was embarrassed. Several employees comforted him and brought him new food. Amazing service!! Thank you such great service.
IHOP is too expensive. They charge almost $4 dollars for a glass of milk and over $2 dollars for a cup of coffee. I had bad service at iHop in Tuscaloosa and food was cold when I got it !

I came to IHOP today on Christmas for a pick up order. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The only change to the burger that I wanted was for the burger to be made with the bread that they use for the Patty melt. I get all the way home and imagine my disappointment when I lift my sandwich up and there's no bacon! Then I also didn't get the side of ranch that I asked for.
