IHOP Tuscaloosa Al❤️ If you are in the area please stop and ask for the manager Thomas and Waitress Melanie. Best experience i have had at any restaurant. They were so friendly and had us laughing. Great food and wonderful atmosphere. We will be talking about our experience there for a while to come
We just wanted to thank them for going out of their way to make my daughter's birthday special. The entire serving staff aw'ed at her, three came to tell her hello princess, and our server was fantastic! She brought her mermaid doll a drink, sang her happy birthday, and just fantastic. It was pouring out side, but you'd never know with how fantastic the people inside were.
My kid just had a meltdown here and our server was great. She managed to get me food under the stressful situation. I tried to get out as fast as possible so it wouldn't be a prolonged disturbance. People do not understand autism and I get that because as I was walking out the door A DIFFERENT OLD WHITE FEMALE SERVER GAVE ME THE NASTIEST LOOK I HAVE EVER GOTTEN IN MY CHILDS WHOLE LIFE. Do not waste your time or money going to I-Hop in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We sat there waiting on our food for over a hour with the waitress coming and say 4-5 mins and 5-10 mins three different times and at the hour mark she came out and said they were just starting the funny face pancakes. The place wasn’t busy at all. We finally just told them we were leaving and not coming back.
I love the mushroom spinach omelette!!
